License Scope

Your subscription to A.X.E.L Portal grants you:

A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform
Access limited to the number of seats purchased
Personal or business use only (not for resale or redistribution)
Access only during active subscription period

Each seat is intended for use by one individual user. Sharing login credentials between multiple people is not permitted.

Prohibited Uses

You must not use our services to:

Technical Violations

Scraping or automated access: Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform
Reverse engineering: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software
Circumvention: Bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
Interference: Disrupt or interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access

Content Violations

Illegal content: Store, process, or transmit illegal or infringing content
Malicious use: Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
Offensive content: Include hateful, abusive, or discriminatory content in leads, quotes, or invoices
Spam or fraud: Use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities

Commercial Violations

Competitor development: Use our platform to develop competing products or services
Reselling access: Sublicense, rent, or resell access to the platform
Benchmark testing: Conduct performance testing for competitive analysis

Usage Limits

Fair Use Policy

Our services are subject to fair use guidelines. Excessive usage that impacts system performance or other users may result in rate limiting or service restrictions.

Rate Limiting

API calls and platform actions may be rate limited to:

Ensure fair access for all users

Storage Limits

Storage allowances vary by subscription plan:

Free trial: Limited storage for demonstration purposes

Account Responsibilities

Password Security

You must:

Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
Not share passwords with unauthorized individuals
Notify us immediately of any suspected account compromise

Authorized Users

Account administrators are responsible for managing team member access and ensuring all users comply with this policy. Remove access for departing team members promptly.

Multi-Factor Authentication

We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enhanced account security. We may require MFA for accounts processing sensitive data.

Content Standards

All content created or stored through our platform must be:

Legal and compliant with applicable laws
Professional and appropriate for business use
Free from offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language
Respectful of others' intellectual property rights

This applies to all data you input including leads, quotes, invoices, expenses, notes, and communications.

Enforcement

Warning Process

First-time violations may result in a warning with opportunity to rectify the issue. We may provide guidance on bringing your usage into compliance.

Service Suspension

Repeated violations or serious breaches may result in temporary suspension of your account while we investigate.

Account Termination

Severe violations or failure to address repeated issues may result in permanent account termination. We will provide 30 days' notice for policy violations, except for security threats which may result in immediate termination.

Data Export

Before account termination, you will have the opportunity to export your data in standard formats. See our Terms of Service for data retention periods.
