CSV Import

A.X.E.L supports CSV imports for leads, jobs, and invoices. If you can export your data from your current tool as a spreadsheet or CSV file, you can bulk-import it straight into A.X.E.L. The import tool maps your columns to A.X.E.L's fields, so even if the headers don't match perfectly, it's easy to sort out.

Running Both Side by Side

Not ready to go all-in straight away? That's fine. A lot of tradesmen run A.X.E.L alongside their existing tool for a week or two — just to get comfortable. Use A.X.E.L for new leads and keep your old system for anything already in progress. Once you're confident, switch over fully.

There's no pressure and no lock-in. You can export your data from A.X.E.L at any time if you change your mind.

Will I lose any data during the switch?
No. We help you import everything that matters. And you should keep your old tool's data backed up anyway — just export it before you cancel.
How long does migration take?
For most tradesmen, it's an afternoon. Import your customers, set up your business details, and you're rolling. If you've got years of history to bring across, it might take a bit longer — but we'll help.
Is there a cost for migration help?
No. Migration support is included with every plan. We want you set up and succeeding, not stuck fiddling with spreadsheets.
Can I import from [specific tool]?
If you can export it as a CSV or spreadsheet, we can import it. Most tools let you export your data. If you're stuck, get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
